1. To receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
3. To approve the meeting notes of 21 September 2021 as minutes of the meeting
4. Agree next steps on sculpture and artwork
5. To agree to suspend Volunteer Days after 7 November for the winter. An extra day maybe needed for bulb planting
6. To receive architect feedback regarding the public toilets refurbishment
7. Feedback from the meeting with CRT
8. To review the litter bin at the picnic area and agree any actions
9. Update on fund-raising and agree closure for this year for the quiz and pens
