1. To receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
3. To approve the meeting notes of 15 March 2022 as minutes of the meeting
4. To receive an update from the Waterfront Festival Task and Finish Group
5. To note:
a. Feedback from the art council funding
b. Feedback from the meeting with Anglian Water
c. To receive an update from the Saxilby Waterfront Festival Task and Finish Group
d. Recent issues along Bridge Street
e. New street signs
6. To agree to apply for funding for project artwork
7. To agree improvements to the pocket park for the festival and to receive quotes
8. To discuss a plant sale for fund raising and any actions
9. To discuss what the fundraising should focus on at the festival
10. To agree different roles for the festival including who runs the Saxilby Waterfront Regeneration stall
