- To receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting
- To agree a chairman of the committee
- To agree a vice-chairman of the committee
- To approve the notes of the meeting held on 12 June 2019, and the chairman to sign them as the agreed minutes
- To review and sign-off the draft Emergency Plan for Saxilby with Ingleby
