Minutes of the Emergency Planning Committee held on Friday 12 June 2019 in the St Andrews Community Centre at 7:00pm.

Cllr Willox noted the council has a number of sand bags but we require further sand which Cllr Willox will organise with the Grounds Manager.

001/19 TO ELECT A CHAIRMAN
Councillor Stafford proposed Cllr Ives as chairman. This was resolved with all in favour.

005/19 TO APPROVE THE NOTES OF THE EMERGENCY PLAN COMMITTEE MEETING DATED 18TH MAY 2018 AS THE FORMAL MINUTES OF THE MEETING
It was proposed by Cllr Willox and resolved to approve the minutes.
006/19 NOTE THE UPDATED VERSION OF DRAFT PLAN RECEIVED BACK FROM LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
LCC has added maps to the draft Plan.

007/19 UPDATE ON THE TABLE-TOP RUN THROUGH OF THE DRAFT PLAN TO BE LED BY LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
A preferred date has been submitted to LCC.
008/19 AGREE THE PREFERRED LOCATION OF COMMUNITY EMERGENCY BOX
LCC has clarified they will provide the emergency box and contents, suggestions were requested for the next meeting.
