Extra-Ordinary Full Council Meeting Minutes
Wednesday 16 June 2021 at 6.45pm at
St Andrews Community Centre, Saxilby.
Members Present:
Cllrs Ashton Derry, Brown, Harper, Hillman, and J Willox
Absent:
Cllrs Cotton, Crump, Ives, Kenny, Loryman, Spurr, and I Willox
In Attendance:
Lydia Hopton, Assistant Parish Clerk
There were no members of the public in attendance.
Cllr Hillman (Vice-Chairman) chaired the meeting.

There were none.
Extra-Ordinary Full Council Meeting
198/21 To receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the Clerk prior to the meeting
Apologies and a valid reason for absence had been received from Cllrs Cotton, Crump, Ives, Spurr and I Willox, these were accepted.
199/21 To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
There were none.
200/21 CLOSED SESSION – Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following items on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
It was proposed by Cllr Ashton Derry and resolved to go into closed session.
201/21 To consider a staffing recommendation and agree actions required
Cllr Hillman proposed the Council considers the recommendation made by Personnel Committee and determines whether to ratify the recommendation.
Two councillors abstained, one councillor voted in favour and two voted against. The recommendation was therefore not ratified.
Cllr J Willox requested the item to go onto July Full Council to be considered and this was resolved with all in favour.
The meeting closed at 7.19pm.
