Extra Ordinary Full Council Meeting Minutes
Wednesday 21st September 2020 at 7.00pm
Under the Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Meeting) (England) Regulations 2020, this meeting was held by video conference.

185/20 To receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the Clerk prior to the meeting
Apologies and a valid reason for absence had been received from Cllrs Ashton Derry, Broxholme, Cavill, Cotton, Crump, and these were accepted.
186/20 To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
187/20 Closed Session – Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) act 1960 for the following items, on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
It was proposed by Cllr Ives and resolved to go into closed session.
188/20 To consider and agree proposals in relation to the Community Centre re-opening options.
Cllr Hewes proposed option four for the St Andrews Community Centre to be re-opened in a phased manner with the Council Offices, library and changing rooms to initially be opened, with the library currently likely to re-open in January (Covid-19 regulations permitting) and it was resolved with all in favour.
189/20 To consider and agree proposals in relation to staffing.
Associated proposals were considered in relation to the staffing of the Community Centre and bar and actions were agreed. It was proposed by Cllr Hewes and resolved to arrange staff meetings to discuss the changes in the Bar and Community Centre.
The meeting closed at 8.19pm.
