F25/ 049 1. To elect a chair for the committee.
Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Shepherd) it was RESOLVED to:
Elect Cllr Waller as the chair of the committee.
F25/050 2. To elect a Vice Chair for the committee.
Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Waller) it was RESOLVED to:
Elect Cllr Shepherd as vice-chair of the committee.

F25/055 7. To review and provide feedback on the draft Annual Governance and Accountability Return and associated documentation prior to full council.
Noted. The chair passed on his appreciation to officers for their work.
F25/056 8. To agree the dates for the period for the exercise of public rights.
Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Shepherd) it was RESOLVED to:
Agree the dates for the exercise of public rights commencing on Tuesday 01 July 2025 and ending on Monday 11 August 2025.
F25/057 9. To note the budget position and projection for the 2025 Family Fun Day Event

F25/058 10. To agree identify where funds can be vired from for mediation (Full council action)
Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Crump) with one abstention, it was RESOLVED to: Agree to use general reserves for mediation.
F25/059 11. Review the internal auditor reports for month end and agree any recommended actions (Financial Reg. 2) Month 1: April
Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Shepherd), it was RESOLVED to:
Accept the internal auditor report.
FC25/060 12. To note the resignation of the internal auditor from 30 June 2025 and agree to source a new provider for council agreement.

F25/064 16. To review the risk register and agree any updates.
Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Shepherd) it was RESOLVED to:
• G2 Add in creating a spreadsheet for the monthly market so that councillors can see issues and actions. FC14 to be completed as soon as possible.
F25/065 17. CLOSED SESSION - Committee to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

Enter into closed session.
F25/066 18. Review the outstanding purchase ledger and sales ledger balances, agree actions making any recommendations to full council [Cllr report pp36-41]
