Minutes of the MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) Working Group Meeting held on Wednesday 14 December 2022 at 7.00pm at St Andrews Community Centre, William Street, Saxilby.

Meeting
22/014 To receive apologies for absence
Apologies were received from John Newborn, Ady Putt, and Vicki Wilkinson.
22/015 To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
None.
22/16 To approve the notes of the meeting of 25 May 2022 as minutes
Cllr J Brockway proposed the notes as minutes. This was resolved.
22/17 To approve the notes of the meeting of 15 November 2022 as minutes
Cllr Hewes proposed the notes as minutes. This was resolved.
22/018 To receive an update on last meeting actions:
a. Items agreed for submission to Full Council
The proposed change of location will go to Full Council for ratification.
b. Football Foundation and Sport England liaison
A meeting is scheduled for 15 December at 13.30pm with the Football Foundation and Sports England on a Teams meeting, after which a site meeting is expected to be arranged.
c. Public consultation
The public consultation has been shared on social media and in the Foss Focus. The closing date is 15 January for comments.

A budget update was received.
