1. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence
2. Receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
3. Approve the notes of the meeting of 23 August 2023 as minutes
4. Note progress against the project list and agree any next steps
5. To recommend to full council for approval an architect to develop the MUGA specification to include in the tender document
6. To recommend to full council for approval an architect to project manage the project refurbishment and build works
7. To review the draft tender document and feedback initial comments
8. To recommend to full council naming the MUGA after resident Ernie White
