1. Welcome and Introductions
EH welcomed those present to the meeting.
2. Receive apologies
Apologies were received from Cllr Saunders
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
Martin Furnish declared an interest
4. Planning for the informal consultation meeting 19th August 6:00-8:00pm
The format of the public consultation was confirmed with the policy leads. It was confirmed that all display boards were ready for the event.
