Meeting
NDP25/009 1. Welcome and introductions
EH welcomed those present to the meeting.
NDP25/010 2. Receive apologies for absence
Apologies received from Peter Crowther and Emma Bowden.
NDP25/011 3. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
MF declared interests in Moor Farm, and 70/72 High Street.
NDP25/012 4. Approve notes of 6 January 2025 and the chair to sign them as agreed minutes
Having been proposed (CS) and seconded (SH), it was RESOLVED:
To approve the notes of 6 January 2025 as minutes, and the chair signed them.
NDP25/013 5. To review and agree any further actions from Regulation 14 comments from statutory organisations and the public made during the consultation period
Comments from statutory organisations (including West Lindsey, Anglian Water, Lincolnshire County Council, and Canal and River Trust) have been incorporated into the draft plan.
The reformatted project plan was discussed, and the inclusion of completed projects alongside those that are ongoing or are new to the reviewed plan.
NDP25/014 6. To discuss and agree any changes to the draft plan including the format and design
The group discussed a proposed design template for the final document, with some formatting changes suggested. A local photographer has been asked to provide updated photos for the revised document.
Some heritage assets have been removed following discussion with the Conservation Officer, due to changes to the buildings made over time that have reduced the heritage value of the buildings.
