Minutes
1. Welcome and Introductions.
EH welcomed those present to the meeting.
2. Receive apologies.
Apologies were received from Brett Fagan (BF) and Shiela Hughes (SH).
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
None declared.
4. To discuss and agree the format of the informal public consultation meeting in August.
Informal public consultation date agreed for 19 August, at St Botolph’s Church Hall.
Information boards to be placed around the hall, each focusing on a different policy.
Each board will be led by the respective policy lead, and should include:
o Consultation feedback from previous consultation
o What has been done so far
o How the policy is going to be delivered
Policy leads will put together information for each policy, and send on to LB.
LB will then format information for consistency across each board. Each board will have a logo, heading, a bullet pointed summary, main text and maps, and additional documents as required.
If photo printing is required, these should be sent to the office admin@saxilbyparishcouncil.gov.uk for printing.

• Housing – BF
• Heritage - MF
• Public footpath and transport - SH
• Employment and retail amenities - LB
• Climate change and biodiversity - PC
• Local Green Space - PC
• What is a neighbourhood plan? - EH
Flyers and posters to be designed and circulated.
Hardback copies of the two existing documents will be required for circulation.
Post-it notes will be used to record feedback and suggestions from residents.
Project list requires updating – EH has a meeting planned with admin to complete this.
Refreshments will also be agreed and provided.
