Minutes

 
1. Welcome and Introductions.
EH welcomed all present to the meeting.
 
2. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence.
Apologies were received from Martin Furnish (MF).
 
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
None declared.
 
4. To approve notes of the previous Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group meetings of 19 March 2024, 24 April 2024, and 28 May 2024, and the chair to sign them as agreed minutes.
The minutes were approved.
 
5. To receive final versions of the Design Code and House Needs Assessment supporting documents, which have been signed off by Locality.
The Design Code and House Needs Assessment supporting documents were received.
 
6. To review and finalise dates for any outstanding actions on:
a. Biodiversity
PC shared biodiversity papers with the group. LB to put into policy.
b. Heritage
MF continues to work on this document, with an anticipated completion date of August 24.
c. Climate Change
PC shared climate change papers with the group. LB to put into policy.
d. Local Green Spaces
Mapping is in progress by LT.
e. Footpaths
Mapping is in progress by LT.
f. Community Facilities
Mapping is in progress by LT.
g. The list of community projects and assets of community value
LT and LH to meet to discuss.
h. Mapping
To be completed by informal consultation in August.
NB. LB to lead on Traffic & Transport.
 
7. To discuss and agree timeline and key milestones 
Circulated to the group prior to meeting. All found this helpful to give a guideline of key steps going forward.
 
8. Future Public Consultation
LH to check availability of the Church Hall in August 24.
Leaflet drop and poster campaign to be planned.
LB will send out a template for policy leads for information boards.
 
9. Locality Funding and way forward 
It was agreed to recommend to Full Council to reapply for Locality Funding for 2024/25 in order to complete the review plan.
 
10. Date of the next meeting
2 July 2024, 7pm to focus on the informal consultation in August.
