1. Welcome and Introductions
2. To elect the Chair of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steer-ing Group
3. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence
4. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
5. To approve notes of the 25 April 2023 Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group and the chairman to sign them as agreed minutes
6. To agree to apply for a Housing Needs Assessment from Locality
7. To agree to seek an update in the design code work undertaken by Locality
8. To discuss and agree developing a ‘Green strategy’ as a basis for a new policy
9. To discuss and agree policies in the NDP Review:
a. Climate change and climate change adaption
b. Biodiversity
c. Transport (road capacity, traffic calming methods on new developments)
d. Housing need
e. Footpaths
f. Public transport
10. To discuss questions and agree for a steering member to attend a meeting with Anglian Water to discuss drainage issues and a potential drainage policy in the Neighbourhood Plan
11. To note an update of the Locality Funding budget and returned monies
12. Update of funding from Locality Funds and to agree to apply for the next round of funding
13. To consider communication methods for the steering group
14. Date of the next meeting
