There were no members of the public in attendance.
Meeting
PS23/041 (1) Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting.
Apologies were received from Cllr Hewes.
PS23/042 (2) Receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
None received.
PS23/043 (3) Approve the notes of the Personnel Committee meeting held on 15 November 2023 and the chairman to sign them as the agreed minutes.
RESOLVED: Cllr Waller proposed the notes of the meeting as minutes, Cllr Spurr seconded, and this was resolved.
PS23/44 (4) CLOSED SESSION – Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
RESOLVED. It was proposed by Cllr Spurr, seconded by Cllr Crump, and resolved to move into closed session.
PS23/045 (5) Make recommendation(s) to full council regarding staffing matters
A proposal was made by Cllr Spurr, seconded by Cllr Waller and resolved to go to full council for ratification.
The meeting closed at 10.44 am.
