Cllr Crump raised problems with Church Lane. Add to action log for Cllr Brockway be notified again.

 

Cllr Waller discussed the Speed Watch Scheme.

P23/054 Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence

Apologies were received from Cllr Cotton and these were accepted. 

 

P23/055 Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

None received.

 

P23/056 Approve notes of the 15 March 2023 planning committee meeting and the chair to

sign agreed minutes  

Cllr Crump proposed the notes as minutes and this was resolved. 

 

P23/057 Note meeting action log. 

Noted. Cllr Hillman to contact Taylor Wimpy and to arrange a meeting.

P23/061 Waterfront Working Group 

Not had a meeting due to the dates of the meeting changing.

 

P23/062 Waterfront festival – Task and finish group 

Meeting last night. Arrangements ongoing for the new date. Stall holders planned to go live in May. 

 

P23/063 Neighbourhood Development Plan Review 

The latest meeting notes were circulated, with the next meeting being next week.

 

P23/064 Solar Farm Position statement 

Statement signed off and ready for submission to the planning inspectorate.

 

P23/065 Refurbishment of footbridge, ramp, and steps – update from West Lindsey: 

Bridge is currently planned to be uplifted on 26 June and will be off-site for 12-13 weeks for refurbishment. Timeframe is tight for it being back in situ for the Waterfront Festival, so, looking at updating plans accordingly.

 

P23/066 Multi-Use Games Area Project 

Cllr J Willox gave an update on the MUGA project. The project plan will be reviewed and updated by the working group.

P23/067 LCC cycle path connection between Lincoln and Saxilby (NDP project 1.4)

Deferred.

 

P23/068 CLOSED SESSION – Committee resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.  Prop Cllr J Willox.

Cllr Crump proposed that a letter be written to the resident. It was resolved.
