7. WL/2026/00745 Proposal: Planning application for front extension and alterations to existing conservatory. 38 Highfield Road, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2QJ (reconsultation dated 28/09/2026). Note application went to WLDC planning committee (07/01/2026).
8. WL/2026/00835 Planning application for addition of an oak frame car port with cedar shingle pitched roof.1 Maple Court, Sykes Lane, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2FJ.
9. WL/2026/00938 Proposal: Planning application for replacement garage. 52 Mill Lane, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2QG. Proposal: Planning application for addition of an oak frame car port with cedar shingle pitched roof.
To note regular updates and agree actions in supporting papers:

17. Note Publication of Central Lincolnshire Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) and note any sites put forward in Saxilby
