1. Note apologies for absence
2. a. Consider granting dispensation requests, submitted to the proper officer before or at the start of the meeting

To note a question, representation, or statement from member(s) of public on items on the agenda. No discussion or debate will take place on any representation or statement made. Objective: Respond to planning consultations in-line with the NDP, to meet the needs of the community and addressing any transport impacts
6. Consider and agree consultee response to WL/2025/01158. Planning application for demolition of existing buildings and erection of 9no. dwellings, garages and associated works. The Bridge Inn, Gainsborough Road, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2LX.
7. Consider and agree consultee response to WL/2025/01188. Application for approval of reserved matters to erect a Highway Depot including office building, gritter store, salt barn along with associated car parking, internal circulation road and boundary fencing considering appearance, landscaping and scale - following outline planning permission 147060 granted 16 October 2023. Land At Skellingthorpe Road, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2QB.
8. Special motion to amend a resolution on agenda item 9 Ref 25/201 11.3 from “Dissolve Saxilby Waterfront Working Group on 28 November 2025” to “Dissolve Saxilby Waterfront Working Group on 31 March 2026 to enable the completion of two outstanding projects 1. The installation of the information boards on the Waterfront and 2. The installation of heritage street lighting on Bridge Street (should these not be completed by 31 March 2026 for whatever reason, responsibility will revert to Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council)”
