Having been proposed (Cllr Barratt) and seconded (Cllr Hughes) it was RESOLVED to:
Agree that the project is complete.
Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Barratt) it was RESOLVED:
For the council to provide the small number of refreshments needed.

a. Having been proposed (Cllr Hughes) and seconded (Cllr Saunders) it was RESOLVED to:
Improve the flowerbed around the village sign.
b. Having been proposed (Cllr Hillman) and seconded (Cllr Saunders) it was RESOLVED to:
Move forward the Conservation Leaflet.
c. Having been proposed (Cllr Saunders) and seconded (Cllr Hughes) it was RESOLVED to:
Order extra seeds for the Wildflower pathway and to claim the money back from CRT.

Note the report, agreed arrangements for the day and to purchase a tree and plaque within the agreed budget.

Recommend to full council that the mosaic be situated outside the coop.
