1. Welcome and introduction
2. To receive apologies for absence
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
4. To approve the notes of the meeting held on 11 February 2026 as minutes and for the chair to sign
5. Information boards:
To agree for a vertical post mounted system to be installed for Board 4 (The Regeneration Board) instead of the rail-mounted board, including additional associated costs
6. Updates and actions:
a) Fund raising, including Co-op Community Champion scheme
b) To consider correspondence from Anglian Water to date, and agree any actions
7. To agree any future expenditure from the Waterfront RFF
8. To discuss and agree any points to be raised at the Waterfront transition meeting
9. To agree the date of the next meeting
