An update on the feasibility study into the long-term leasing of St Andrews Community Centre

The council is nearing the completion of the agreed feasibility process for leasing the community centre; a process which was agreed in March.

☑️The feasibility study has been received from the independent consultant.
☑️A full structural survey (including the roof) has been completed, with the report expected imminently.
☑️The public consultation has been carried out. Analysis of the results is taking place, and is due to be completed in December.
☑️Negotiations with the Saxilby Public Recreation Ground Charity will begin very shortly.
☑️Alternative options and costings are due in December.

Once all information above has been received, and negotiations have taken place, the council will then make a decision as to whether or not to sign a long-term lease for the community centre.

Please feel free to contact the parish office with any further queries or questions you may have.
