MUGA Plan
The proposed Saxilby and District MUGA

The Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) is currently going through the process of obtaining planning permission from West Lindsey District Council (WLDC) and a decision is due soon.

The Parish Council’s planning committee supported the project when they had an opportunity to comment on the plans submitted to WLDC in October.
The MUGA working group has been paused for the moment due to the plans now being submitted and following some recent working group meetings having to be cancelled due to them not being quorate.
The project continues to move forward with the assistant clerk working to secure grant funding for the project and liaising with LK2 architects to develop the tender and specification.
If you would like to use the MUGA following it’s completion, we’d like to hear from you, as it will assist us with further developing our business plan for the scheme.
The MUGA will be funded by grants and a developer contribution from Lovell Homes and not from council tax and is a priority project in the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Development Plan
If you would like to express an interest in using the MUGA please contact the Assistant Clerk on: assistant@saxilbyparishcouncil.co.uk
