1. Chair of the parish council to open the meeting and welcome those present
2. To approve the notes from the 2025 Annual Parish Meeting as minutes
3. Local organisations and community groups to provide a verbal report on their activities
4. District and county councillor update on activities
5. Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council Chair to provide an update on council activities
6. Electors to raise and discuss any further questions
