1. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting
2. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 (these can also be declared during the meeting if an item comes up where a councillor has an interest)
3. Review and approve the year end asset register
4. Receive and note the annual internal audit form
5. Approve the annual governance statement (section 1)
6. Approve the accounting statements (section 2)
7. Confirmation of the dates for the period for the exercise of public rights
