Meeting
FC126/23 Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting.
Apologies were received and accepted from Cllrs Crump, Waller, and I Willox
FC127/23 Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
Cllr Meanwell declared an ‘other registerable interest’ in item 5 (Ref FC130/23) and Cllr Ashton Derry declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 3 (Ref FC128/23) and a pecuniary interest in item 6 (Ref FC131/23).
FC128/23 Review and approve the year end asset register
Resolved The year end asset register reviewed and approved. This was proposed by Cllr J Willox and resolved.
FC129/23 Receive and note the annual internal audit form
Resolved. Cllr Spurr proposed to receive and note the annual internal audit form. This was resolved.
FC130/23 Approve the annual governance statement (section 1)
Cllr Ashton Derry proposed to approve the annual governance statement (section 1, AGAR) for 2022/23. This was resolved.
FC131/23 Approve the accounting statements (section 2)
Cllr Ashton Derry declared a pecuniary interest in the item.
Resolved - Cllr Hillman proposed to approve the accounting statements (section 2, AGAR) for 2022/23. This was resolved. Cllr Ashton Derry did not take part in the item or vote.
FC132/23 Confirmation of the dates for the period for the exercise of public rights
Resolved - Cllr Spurr proposed the dates for the period for the exercise of public rights to be Monday 3 July and Friday 11 August 2023. This was resolved.
