3. a. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and b. Consider granting dispensation requests having been submitted in writing to the proper officer before or at the start of the meeting

4. Confirm the period for the exercise of public rights being Wednesday 01 July to Tuesday 11 August 2026
5. Annual review and approval of inventory of land and other assets including building and office equipment (asset register) including acquisitions and disposals (year end audit)
6. Review and approve the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) including:
a. Section 1 - Annual Governance Statement
b. Section 2 - Accounting Statements
