Council Administration 

3. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and b. consider granting dispensation requests having been submitted in writing to the proper officer before or at the start of the meeting

Neighbourhood Development Plan

4. Ratify the recommendation from Planning and Development Committee to submit to West Lindsey District Council 

a. The revised Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan, including the heritage assets

b. Note the associated Design Code, Housing Needs Assessment, and the regulatory requirements of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), and Basic Conditions Statement

 

Council Objective: Maintain and improve community facilities and amenities objective

5. Agree actions in relation to managing alcohol sales at St Andrews Community Centre
