7. Income, payments, and transfers reports
8. Review and provide feedback on the second draft of the budget for 2024/25
9. Note the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) sign off
10. Note the meeting action log
11. Approve the notes of the 18 October 2023 Finance Committee meeting as minutes
12. CLOSED SESSION – Committee to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted
13. Review outstanding sales receipts due and make any recommendations to council
