Agenda
1. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, these having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting
2. Receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
3. Approve the notes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 20 December 2022 and the chair to sign them as the agreed minutes
4. Note the:
a. Meeting action log
b. Three monthly update sent to the external auditor as per auditor report action
c. December 2022 (month nine) income and expenditure report and agree budget virements as required
d. Budget projections for 2022-23
5. To approve the December 2022 (month nine):
a. Verified bank reconciliations
b. List of payments, income, and transfers
6. CLOSED SESSION – Committee to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
7. To note the timesheet data
8. To review outstanding sales receipts due and agree actions if required
