1. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, having been submitted to the clerk prior to the meeting

Finance and Risk

5. Review the recreation ground project list and agree actions in the list including: 

a. Apportioning

 

6. Consider a request to reduce the 2023/24 changing room hire charge 

7. Agree a planning consultee response to major planning application Ref 147672 following the public meeting held on 30 January (due to consultee deadline, 9 February, being prior to next planning committee)

 

To review and approve the following council policies and procedures

9. Complaints policy

10. Volunteer policy

11. Model publication scheme 

12. Information available under the model publication scheme

13. Handling freedom of information requests

 

14. Re-name the planning and finance committees

15. Approve 10 January 2024 notes as minutes and the chair to sign

16. To receive a district and county councillor update (verbal)

 

Closed session 

17. Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

18. Approve a personnel committee recommendation regarding staff matters

19. Review the current Kubota finance contract and agree to a new mower and contract
