Council Objective: Respond to planning consultations in-line with the NDP
16. Planning and development committee recommendation to Full Council that CIL funds are allocated firstly to the full cost of a speed indicator device (SID) to be placed on Mill Lane (approx. £3,200), and that and remaining CIL funds are allocated to the Westcroft Greenspace Project
17. Agree a consultee response to application WL/2026/00547. Request for confirmation of compliance with requirement 4 (Community Liaison Group) of the Cottam Solar Project Order 2024 (SI 943/2024). Cottam Solar Project (deadline prior to next planning and development committee meeting)
18. Agree a consultee response to application WL/2025/00805. Castle Farm, Cowdale Lane, Sturton By Stow, Lincoln, LN1 2PL. Amended plans.

22. Agree to a trial of unstaffed room hire for low risk regular hirers
23. Consider installing height restriction barrier at New Burial Ground car park entrance
24. CLOSED SESSION: Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
