No discussion or debate will take place on any representation or statement made. Council may discuss the comments when it formally considers that item of business, debates the matter, and makes a decision on the matter. Three minutes per member of public or organisation. 3. Receive a district and county councillor verbal update 

4. Receive the chair’s update

5. Note the resignation of Cllr Hillman 

 

Council Administration 

6. a. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and b. consider granting dispensation requests having been submitted in writing to the proper officer before or at the start of the meeting

Approve Full Council meeting notes as minutes and the chair to sign for:

7. 06 May 2025 – Extra-Ordinary Meeting

8. 07 May 2025 – Annual Parish Council Meeting 

9. Note the meeting action log 

10. Review and approve the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) including:

a. Section 1, Annual Governance Statement

b. Section 2, Accounting Statements

11. Review and approve documents/agreements:

a. Sexual Harassment Risk Assessment (personnel committee recommendation)

b. Parental bereavement leave policy (personnel committee recommendation)

c. Initial bio-diversity policy (planning and development committee recommendation) 

13. To arrange an internal meeting to initiate a review of the CCTV policy and bring recommendations to July meeting 

14. To review and agree fees and charges 

a. Interment fees for additional ashes in a casket or burial plot 

15. To ratify the return of underspent annual grant funding for the production of an NDP 

 

Council Objective: Maintain and improve community facilities and amenities objective

16. To ratify an application to the LCC community wildlife fund and accept the grant offer for information boards on Saxilby Waterfront 

17. Review the recreation ground project list and agree actions including:

18. Add an internal water meter to the external field supply and re-charge Saxilby Public Recreation Ground Charity for its usage

 

19. Closed session Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

20. Review and approve the outdoor lease 

21. Agree action regarding a payment 

22. Approve a proposal relating to staffing matters 

23. To review and confirm a consultant to carry out community consultation for Westcroft Green Space 

24. To agree capital expenditure items:

a. Replacement laptops for three members of staff (operational) - quotes

b. Pallet forks for grounds vehicle (health and safety) 

c. Desk dividers for office (data protection) – quotes
