Council Administration 

3. a. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and 

b. Consider granting dispensation requests having been submitted in writing to the proper officer before or at the start of the meeting

Please note that, in accordance with the Members' Code of Conduct, when declaring interests’ members must disclose the existence and nature of the interest, and whether it is a disclosable pecuniary interest (DPI), other registerable interest, or a non-registerable interest. 

4. Receive the district and county councillors verbal update 

5. Receive the chair’s verbal update

6. Approve Full Council meeting notes as minutes and the chair to sign for 04 February 2026

7. Note the meeting action log 

8. Recommend a date for the annual parish meeting 

9. Agree the reviewed Website Accessibility Statement

 

Finance

10. Agree grant requests for:

a. Saxilby Athletic Football Club - Dutch Exchange Project funding

b. Saxilby Cricket Club - net for the ‘roll on, roll off’ training net

c. Saxilby Waterfront Group 

 

11. Agree fees and charges for 2026/07

12. Approve changing room and Mill Lane hire agreements

13. Ratify the new Grounds and Estates Manager application for a council debit card in-line with FR 9.1

 

Council Objective: Maintain and improve community facilities and amenities objective

14. Receive and note the recreation ground project list

15. Agree no overnight stays at the New Burial Ground and install signage

16. Approve a request from Saxilby Lionesses Team to hold their end of season event at Mill Lane 

17. Update on Post-It Locker and agree location or next steps

 

18. Closed session Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

19. Note a complaint and agree three cllrs and an officer for stage two of the complaints procedure for a complaint

20. Approve the funding agreement for the FCC grant for the MUGA
