3. Approve the 05 July 2023 notes as minutes and the chair to sign

5. To consider and agree co-option applications

6. To agree a third and fourth council trustee for Saxilby’s Recreation Ground Charity
7. To note the completion of the tennis grounds actions agreed
8. To agree to Saxilby C of E Primary School’s request to use Mill Lane Sports Facility for Staff parking whilst building work takes place on site
Finance and Risk
9. To review the recreation ground project list and agree actions in the paper
10. Annual review of internal audit and agree auditor
11. To agree to allocate expenditure to the capital expenditure and community centre improvement ear marked reserve
12. Agree to pay expenses to Cllr Hillman for paint
To review and approve council documents (annual reviews, as per Standing Order)

14. Safe guarding policy
15. Note the Annual Fire Risk Assessment for the community centre and Mill Lane facilities and actions required
16. To note correspondence and agree any actions required
17. To review Saxilby New Burial Ground Tier 1 Ground Water Risk Assessment and agree next steps
18. To sign off the Multi-Use Games Area (fencing) plans for planning permission submission
19. Approve the annual Community Infrastructure Levy report for WLDC submission to WLDC
20. Agree to submit a grant application to the WLDC Large Village Retail Fund
21. Agree to submit a grant application to Locality to continue the Neighbourhood Development Plan Review
22. To agree a Saxilby Waterfront Working Group request for a £250 from the street maintenance budget towards a bench
