Council Administration and finance

3. a. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 

b. Consider granting dispensation requests - having been submitted in writing to the proper officer before or at the start of the meeting

6. Approve Full Council meeting notes as minutes and the chair to sign for 01 July 2026

8. To agree the council’s annual insurance cover 

 

Review and approve documents/agreements:

9. Councillor Induction and Mentoring Framework (Full Council Action Ref FC26/042 B4)

10. Review Standing Orders to include rotation of cllr responsibilities (Full Council Action Ref FC26/042 B5)

11. Terms of Reference 

12. Dignity at Work (Anti-bullying and Anti-Harassment) Policy

13. Review and provide feedback on the draft Council Corporate Plan and agree for public consultation 

Council Objective: Maintain and improve community facilities and amenities objective

14. To agree planning and development committee recommendation (P26/085 23h) to apply for a minimum of £15,000 funding for the Westcroft Greenspace Active Zones from WLDC grant fund

15. Receive and note the recreation ground project list

16. To consider and agree hire rates for the unmanned room hires 

17. To note the adoption of the Neighbourhood Development Plan and ratify a planning and development committee recommendation to move funds from the General Reserves into the NDP EMR to balance the account following the completion of the project.
