When members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council. Those items not on the agenda will not be debated but referred, if appropriate, to the next meeting. Three minutes per member of public or organisation.

 

Agenda

  1. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence
  2. Receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
  3. Approve the notes of the meeting of 9 June 2023 as minutes
  4. To review the draft replacement MUGA fencing plans and agree any changes required prior to submission to WLDC planning 
  5. Review progress against the project list and agree next steps including developing a tender specification  
  6. To note correspondence received and for the clerk to respond 
  7. Agree the next meeting date
