Meeting
23/025 To receive apologies for absence
Apologies were received from Cllr Brockway, Adi Putt, Vicki Wilkinson, and Cllr J Willox.
23/026 To receive Declarations of Interest (Localism Act 2011)
Lydia Hopton disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in item 4 (Ref 023/028).
23/027 To approve the notes of the meeting of 25 May 2022 as minutes
Craig Bridge proposed the notes as minutes, with two changes – Cllr Hillman was present at the meeting and the meeting end time This was resolved.
23/028 To review the draft replacement MUGA fencing plans and agree any changes required prior to submission to WLDC planning
The group reviewed the draft plans for the MUGA fencing and made recommendations. It was agreed to feed these back to the architect to update accordingly and bring back the plans to the next meeting.
23/029 Review progress against the project list and agree next steps including developing a tender specification
1. The surface type needs to be agreed
2. Quotes are required for the tender development
3. Add Navigation Court (LACE housing) to project plan
4. Plant trees/hedging – add to project plan and consider locations
23/030 To note correspondence received and for the clerk to respond
Craig Bridge Cllr Hewes draft a letter for the clerk to review and send. This was resolved.
23/031 To agree the next meeting date
To be arranged following receipt of updated plans.
