Present: Martin Furnish, Brett Fagan, Cllr Hillman and Paul Roberts.
Minutes
1. Welcome and Introductions.
Cllr Hillman welcomed all to the meeting.
2. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence.
Apologies from Shiela Hughes.
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
None declared.
4. To approve notes of the previous Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group meeting for 19 March 2024 and the chair to sign them as agreed minutes.
Deferred.
5. To receive the second draft of the Design Code document and agree feedback.
Having been proposed (Martin Furnish) and seconded (Brett Fagan), it was RESOLVED:
To query with the design code team that previous feedback and comments have not been addressed, and to advise that the group would like to see and respond to an amended V4.
6. To review and agree any actions on:
a. Biodiversity

b. Current mapping
Deferred.
c. Heritage buildings
Update received. No actions.
d. The list of community projects and assets of community value
Update received. No actions.
e. Housing Need Assessment
Update received. No actions.
f. Future Public Consultation
Update received. No actions.
g. Locality Funding and next steps on the process including the review of the NDP
Having been proposed (Brett Fagan) and seconded (Paul Roberts), it was RESOLVED:
To begin planning for the NDP review and future public consultation, in readiness for when funding becomes available.
