4. To approve notes of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group meeting for 27 January 2025 and 10 March 2025 and the chair to sign them as agreed minutes.
5. To discuss and agree the final draft Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review, with the refreshed format ready for approval at Planning and Develop-ment Committee on 16 April 2025, including the supporting Heritage Assets
6. To note the timeline of next steps for the plan
