NDP25/030 1. Welcome and introductions
EH welcomed those present to the meeting.
NDP25/031 2. Receive apologies
Apologies received from Luke Brown, Cllr Emma Bowden, Cllr Shiela Hughes and Cllr Carla Saunders.
NDP25/032 3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
MF declared interests in 70/72 High Street, Moor Farm, and Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council/Saxilby Co-op.
NDP25/033 4. To approve notes of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group meeting for 27 January 2025 and 10 March 2025 and the chair to sign them as agreed minutes.
Having been proposed (BF) and seconded (MF), it was RESOLVED:
To approve the notes of 27 January 2025 as minutes, and the chair signed them.
Having been proposed (PC) and seconded (BF), it was RESOLVED:
To approve the notes of 10 March 2025 as minutes with the amendments below, and the chair signed them.
NDP25/022 6. To note next steps
The next steps are to finalise the content and format of the plan. The plan will then go before the Planning & Development Committee on 16 April 2025, and then Full Council on 7 May 2025. The plan will then be submitted to WLDC as part of Regulation 15. WLDC will then complete a Regulation 16 Consultation, and following this the plan will be examined. Finally, WLDC will arrange a referendum to finally approve the plan.

NDP25/022 6. To note next steps
The next steps are to finalise the content and format of the plan. The plan will then go before the Planning & Development Committee on 16 April 2025, and then be considered by Full Council. The plan will then be submitted to WLDC, along with the Housing Needs Assessment and Design Code, as part of Regulation 15. WLDC will then undertake a Regulation 16 Consultation, and following this the plan will be examined by an independent inspector, to be arranged by WLDC. Finally, WLDC will fund and arrange a referendum to finally approve the plan.
NDP25/034 5. To discuss and agree the final draft Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review, with the refreshed format ready for approval at Planning and Development Committee on 16 April 2025, including the supporting Heritage Assets
Having been proposed (BF) and seconded (MF), it was RESOLVED:
To make amendments to the draft plan as discussed.

Noted. Luke Brown to keep the group appraised of the plan’s progress through the required steps.
