1. Welcome and Introductions
2. Receive apologies
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
4. To approve notes of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review
Steering Group meeting for 7th October 2024 and the chair to sign them as
agreed minutes.
5. To have a debrief of the formal public consultation date (Reg 14) on 29 October.
6. To review and agree any actions from Regulation 14 comments made at the
event and during the consultation period.
7. To discuss and agree any changes to the draft plan
8. To note and agree any actions:
a) Consultation Statement
b) Basic Condition Statement
10. To agree the date of the next meeting
