  1. Welcome and Introductions
  2. To elect a Chair for the meeting.
  3. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence
  4. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
  5. To approve notes of the 23 May 2023 Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan  Review Steering Group and the chairman to sign them as agreed minutes
  6. To consider and agree a policy on the environment and climate change
  7. To consider a policy for new buildings
  8. To compile a list of buildings of notes within the parish and agree any actions.
  9. To discuss and agree policy work stream leads

To receive updates on:

  1. A meeting with Anglian Water
  2. Design codes
  3. Mill Lane/A57 Junction capacity
  4. The roadmap for the review of the plan
  5. A WhatsApp Group for communication
  6. Date of the next meeting
