1. Welcome and Introductions.
2. Receive apologies for absence.
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. To approve the notes of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review Steering Group meeting of 23 February 2026, and for the chair to sign them as agreed minutes.
5. To receive The Independent Examiner’s report to West Lindsey District Council for Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Development Plan Review, and to make recommendations to Planning and Development Committee.
6. To receive an update for Central Lincolnshire Local Plan review and the call for sites 2025.
7. To receive an update on the funding application to WLDC required to complete the plan.
8. To agree any actions relating to the upcoming referendum, including publicity and community engagement.
9. To agree comments regarding the H2East Pipeline: Humber to Nottinghamshire consultation.
10. Agree date of next meeting.
