Council Administration and finance
3. a. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
b. Consider granting dispensation requests - having been submitted in writing to the proper officer before or at the start of the meeting

4. Receive the district and county councillors’ verbal updates
5. Receive the chair’s verbal update
6. Approve Full Council meeting notes as minutes and the chair to sign for 02 September 2026
7. Note the meeting action log
8. Note the conclusion of the 2025/26 External Audit and Report
9. Agree to sell unused table tennis table
10. Note updated national pay rates for 2026-27 and ratify staff rates have been updated accordingly
Review and approve documents/agreements:
11. Mental Health and Wellbeing Policy (Personnel Committee Action)
12. Data protection policy
Council Objective: Maintain and improve community facilities and amenities objective
13. Approve annual lift insurance quote
14. Receive and note the recreation ground project list
15. Receive update on library trial review and agree to extend the trial through October
16. Consider council grant funding applications and agree funding
17. Closed Session - CLOSED SESSION: Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
18. Approve the Emergency Plan document (Lincolnshire County Council document template)
19. Approve the staff handbook following Personnel Committee review
20. Approve the bar tender document
