5. Review draft bereavement policy. Recommend to full council for approval ToR 4.3 and 4.10
6. Approve notes of the 29 March 2023 committee meeting (seconder not recorded) notes as minutes
7. Approve notes of the 24 November 2024 committee meeting notes as minutes
8. Closed Session: Council to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
9. Recommend to full council a permanent staff contract
