Personnel Committee Meeting Agenda
Procedural
1. Receive apologies and accept valid reasons for absence, having been submitted to the clerk
2. Receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
3. Consider granting dispensation requests, these having been submitted in writing to the proper officer before, or at the start of, the meeting
4. Approve the 24 September 2025 personnel committee meeting notes as minutes and the chair to sign
5. Closed Session: Committee to resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 for the following item(s) on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
6. Note the meeting action log
7. To delegate to the chair of council and personnel committee to approve the clerks annual leave and council update the ToR3.7 accordingly.
8. Agree to cease recording timesheet task breakdown for personnel committee and move to BrightHR Blip for recording hours.
9. Review and recommend to Full Council approval of officer’s job description, person specification, and advert
10. Look at holding a facilitated session for staff and councillors (action log Ref PC25/033a)
