7. 147628 Application for approval of reserved matters for the erection of 4no. commercial office units with associated access road and parking spaces considering appearance, landscaping, layout and scale, following outline planning permission 147060 granted 16 October 2023.   Site G, Land at Skellingthorpe Road, Saxilby, LN1 2LR.

8. 147638 Outline planning application for removal of old redundant buildings and to erect 1no. bungalow with all matters reserved. Land adj Jasmine Mays Lane, Mill Lane, Saxilby, LN1 2QE.
