4. Approve planning and development committee meeting notes as minutes for 18 March 2026
5. Note the meeting action log and monthly cllr meet and greet action log
Objective: Protect and enhance our green spaces and street scene
6. Agree to plant flowering cherry trees along Torksey Avenue in verges where gaps exist
7. To request the WDLC Tree Officer visits the parish to consider Tree Preservation Orders on identified trees

8. Application Number WL/2026/00271. Planning application for change of use of building to use class B2 complete with MOT centre. Unit 11a Allens Business Park, Skellingthorpe Road, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2GH.
9. Ratify consultation response on the Humber to Nottinghamshire The H2East Pipeline: Humber to Nottinghamshire is a proposal for a new underground hydrogen pipeline in the east of England.
