10. Update regarding request for site visit with West Lindsey District Council Tree Officer to consider additional trees in the parish for Tree Protection Orders (TPOs)
11. Note a new Tree Preservation Order Saxilby No1 2026 for one ash tree at The Bridge Inn, Gainsborough Road, Saxilby
12. Consider grass cutting frequency on delegated Highways verge cutting
13. To consider preventative access measures to the new burial ground car park and council policy on users of the car park and agree actions
