8. Approve planning and development committee extra-ordinary meeting notes as minutes for 29 April 2026

Objective: Respond to planning consultations in-line with the NDP, to meet the needs of the community and addressing any transport impacts

Consider and agree consultee response to:

10. WL/2025/01219: Planning application (re-consultation) for conversion of barn to 1no. dwelling. The barn, 10 Highfield Road, Saxilby, Lincoln and LN1 2QP 

11. WL/2026/00388: Outline planning application to erect 1no. single storey bungalow and 1no. dormer bungalow with access, layout and scale to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications. Land to Rear of 17 Lincoln Road

14. LCC PL/0033/26 Retrospective application for change of waste storage material, previously approved under planning permission 145512. Lindum Waste Recovery, Saxilby Enterprise Park, Skellingthorpe Road, Saxilby.

15. Central Lincolnshire Local Plan Validation List Consultation (closing date 07 June 2026) 

 

16. Note the Community Infrastructure Payment Report for 2025/26 

17. Note Community Infrastructure Payment (Ref WL/2025/00576, April 2026) and make recommendations to full council for CiL allocation for Ref145919 and Ref WL/2025/00576

18. Agree the installation of new waste bin, following an offer from a resident to sponsor a bin 

19. Agree actions in response to a resident’s concern regarding cyclists riding on the pavement along the A57

20. Agree to contact Cllr Brockway to request double yellow line painting on Torkesy Avenue/High St Junction
